Purchase CityPass In-Store: The CityPass can be purchased in our Hollywood Tour Center. Questions about CityPass can be answered by our guides in the Hollywood office by calling 323-402-1074 x11 between 9:30AM and 5:00PM PST. In the event we have stepped away or if it is after hours an answering service will take your questions and we will return your call as soon as we are able. Please be aware that the answering service can only take your questions but will not be able to answer questions for you.
IMPORTANT: You may purchase your Hollywood CityPass online above or you may call us to purchase your Hollywood CityPass over the phone. If you choose to order by phone, we only accept phone orders between 9:30am and 5:00pm PST. If we are away from the office or if it is after hours then an after hours attendant will answer our phones. He or she will not be able to process your order, and will not be able to answer questions, but can take a message and we will call you the next business day.
IMPORTANT: When you purchase your Hollywood CityPass please reserve a time near the beginning of your stay for the Hollywood Behind-the-Scenes Tour. This will help to orient you to the many sights, attractions and "hidden" secrets of Hollywood. When you purchase your CityPass On-line you will be directed to choose a day and time for your behind-the-scenes tour. The tour operates daily at 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm. Your Hollywood Behind-the-Scenes tour is included in the price of CityPass.

The Kodak theatre is a working theatre therefore from time to time
the theatre is unavailable for touring. Please contact the Kodak
Theatre directly at (323) 308-6363 for the most current list of
black out dates - but please note that blackout dates are subject
to change. You may also get information on blackout dates on their
